I ordered 4 belts from Daraz. they charged me for 4 belts but delivered only 2. and when I call them to complain and refund, they gave me a free voucher instead of a refund. although the products quality is good, however, their service sucks.
package delivery delays....................
inspite of being one of the only renowned online shopping website in pakistan with chunk of revenues coming their way every second,their logistics in terms of package delivery and customer services is horrible
i made a mistake of ordering a mobile phone of their website last year when they were doing some massive sales on different products,i was instantly lured and paid them upfront courtesy of easy paisa,and the nightmare started from that day
rang them umpteen times to check my delivery status for over two weeks,they put you on hold and you only succeed in exhausting your mobile credit rather then getting a meager response from them what to talk about satisfactory,
they are just minting money and neither are investing in human resource nor to streamline their business
i got my product delivered to me after a fortnight ,i wonder how on earth shipment can take two weeks from karachi to islamabad,
far from satisfactory in all aspects
