SERVICE NOT UPTO THE MARK

The management is not upto mark and not at all helpful. I had an issue with my car axle and they did not have the proper parts to resolve that issue and could not procure parts from elsewhere immediately. I had to go all the way to Suzuki rawat to get that part and sort the issue out. If i can get a certain car part within few hours the service centre should have a way out for this as well. Although the time frame for the part they told me was 1 week.

QUALITY OF FOOD SHOULD BE IMPROVED

I have visited most Rahat Bakers branches in Islamabad and this is one issue that is present with most of them. I found the food to be sometimes stale and not upto the quality standards. They should improve this, otherwise they will keep loosing customers.

Not impressed with the service

Drivers lack professionalism. I took a ride and was waiting for pick up, driver for unable to find the location and was told that cannot come to the location due to not being local. Gps map is given to drivers for this purpose only that they can easily find the location so that is just not acceptable.
